What is The Heart of Europe?

There are six islands that make up a portion of the World Island, and many investors are interested in purchasing special properties there. They intend to turn over the residential developments at the Heart of Europe to the various owners.

The cost of the assortment of ultra-exclusive homes, floating homes, mansions, and apartment buildings would increase, according to Kleindienst Group. Since Monaco, Moscow, London, Geneva, Vienna, and Paris are among the most coveted real estate markets, this exclusive project is more comparable to those of those cities.

While the above point puts this project on the real estate world’s stage, it’s excellent to know that they’ve repositioned the costs of this upscale market. According to master developer Kleindienst Group Chairman Josef Kleindienst, the project’s creativity, sustainability, exclusivity, and elegance increase the value of the project’s homes.

The Heart of Europe is the top choice for second-home investors due to all of these factors. This project is currently being built, and certain portions have already been handed over.

First Underwater Hotel with Gym and Spa, First Dedicated Wedding Hotel, First Artificial Rainy Street, First Floating and Underwater Living Experience, and First Outdoor Snow Plaza are just a few of the “world’s first” attractions that will be available at the development.

The Sweden Beach Palaces, Germany Villas, Honeymoon Island, Portofino Hotel, and Côte d’Azur Resort make up The Heart of Europe’s first phase of opening.

Germany Island, which will be curved like a horseshoe and face a blue lagoon, will also have its own bar, gorgeous gardens, white sand beaches, and crooked palm trees.

Traditional German carnivals, Christmas markets, festivals, and the world-famous Oktoberfest will all be present. The best German-style dishes and the widest range of German beers and wines will be served by renowned worldwide chefs.

A romantic getaway, the distinctive heart-shaped island will be ringed by Seahorse Floating Villas that can sell for up to $5 million apiece. The first seven-star wedding hotel is right next to the island, the islands Empress Elizabeth Hotel, where couples may celebrate their weddings while gazing out at the white sand beaches and azure oceans.

Switzerland Island has villas with access to beaches, a seawater lagoon, and water views as well as private swimming pools. The villa chalets have a design that combines glass, stone, and timber. The island’s center will include a sizable lagoon with blue water that resembles the big lakes in Switzerland.

The Côte D’Azur Resort consists of 4 boutique hotels, each named after one of the well-known and gorgeous French Riviera cities: Monaco, Nice, Cannes, or St. Tropez. Suites and penthouses with expansive balconies that provide sweeping sea views will be available at the four boutique hotels.

Monaco will have upmarket contemporary French fine dining, designer clothing stores, and a broad stretch of white sand beach. Lagoon swimming pools and a model of the renowned Monaco Marina will also be present.

The Italian-themed, five-star Portofino hotel will be the first of its kind in the UAE. The hotel will have three wings with the names Dolce Vita, Felicita, and Bellissima, which evoke the beauty of the lovely land.

There will be 463 suites with balconies in the opulent hotel, with sizes ranging from 800 square feet to 2,773 square feet. The suites will have a kid’s bedroom, a toy-filled playroom, and a sizable storage space.

This will be the first underwater resort in the world, featuring restaurants and lodging placed below the surface and inspired by the floating metropolis. Underwater cafes, bars, and stores will all have vistas of coral reefs and moving gondolas. There will be entertainment available, including opera performances and masked carnivals.

Three of the resort’s restaurants and bars are underwater, and there will also be an underwater spa.

Sweden Island, which will feature palaces equipped by Bentley Homes with glass roofs and personal snow rooms, was inspired by Swedish Viking Vessels. One of the first homes on the island to sell out was the $27 million beach castle. Restaurants will serve sour herring, meatballs, Raggmunkar, toast Skagen, smörgsbord, Snaps, and glgg, among other popular Swedish dishes.

The islands will also have the first snow plaza and rainy street in climate control.

All of the development’s green spaces will use recycled water, and the landscaping will be sustainable and free of pesticides and fungicides. The island will have zero automobiles, run entirely on clean energy, and provide visitors with sustainable water transportation.
