800 Toll Free Service
Etisalat offers customers the option of calling an 800 number that is toll free. Usually, the ‘800-‘ is followed by three or more digits that are easy to remember. Whenever a UAE hotline begins with 800, you can rest assured that you will not be charged for the call, regardless of whether it is made from a landline or a mobile.
‘600-‘ hotlines
Etisalat’s ‘Service 600’ package is another option available to companies in the UAE. With this package, organisations can give their customers easy-to-remember numbers that are not toll-free. Depending on whether you are calling from a landline or a mobile, you will be charged normal call rates, and these charges can add up over time, especially if you are on hold for long.
