What if you lost the Emirates ID or someone stole it or it has been damaged by any means?
Here are the steps which you can follow:
Report immediately to the relevant authority:
The first thing once you get to know that you lost your Emirates ID is to report the incident to the nearest ICA Customer Happiness Center. Carry a valid identification document for identity confirmation. The center will deactivate it right away.
If you need to replace your current damaged emirates ID you are required to bring your damaged Emirates ID.
These are the list of documents that are required in order to apply for a replacement for your Emirates ID:

How to apply:
Once you are done with reporting the event, you should apply to replace your lost Emirates ID immediately. You are required to submit the application along with the aforementioned documents to complete the application process.
Applicants can get the application form for a replacement ID card request at ICA Customer Happiness Centres, also on the ICA’s website for online applications, or one can use ICA’s app.

The residents who are under 15 years of age are required to submit a passport size photo in color with white background.
For a newborn, parents are required to submit a copy of the birth certificate along with the parents’ valid ID and other required documents.
