- A representative from the customer service department will answer your queries and address your complaint
- If they cannot resolve your concerns immediately, your complaint will be forwarded to the Department of Complaints and Advise.
- If it is resolved by the department, it will be closed
- In case the complaint is not resolved, the person in charge will guide you to file an official complaint.
Tasheel Service Centres:
For workers who wish to file a complaint against their employers, Tasheel is another option. It requires you to:
- For service, visit a Tasheel center near you
- Be sure to bring essential documents, such as a visa and any papers signed at the time of employment (Tasheel will get the company number and work permit number from these documents)
- Provide contact information
- You will have two days to resolve the dispute once you file a complaint
- Make a decision about whether to continue your complaint. A representative of MOHRE will contact you to arrange an appointment to discuss this issue further
Mohre Online Complaint Option:
Employees and employers can both use this option to file a complaint. The process requires you to:
- Go to MOHRE’s website
- Choose ‘Register Labour Complaints’
- On the right side of the page, click on the ‘Start Service’ button
- Choose ‘Complaint Type’
- Applicants need to enter their unified number, work permit number, and applicant type
- Add details about the complaint request
- Submit
- Within 10 working days, you will receive a response.
