Expo 2020’s official visitor app is easy to use. It is available both online and via a mobile app.
Using The Website
Log on to the Smart Queue website using your official Expo account. Those who haven’t registered yet can do so through the same source. After successful login, follow these steps:
- Go to the “Manage Orders” page under “My Tickets”
- Select “Smart Queue”
- Add new Smart Queue
- You can choose a time, pavilion, date, and attraction
- Save your progress
Having completed these steps, all you need to do is arrive at your chosen pavilion at the time and date you have chosen.
Using The Mobile App
The following steps will help you book pavilion visits in advance on the Expo 2020 Dubai app:
- Select “Manage Orders” from the Expo logo
- Tap on “Activate Smart Queue”
After this, you will follow the same steps as when using the website – so follow the steps outlined above, save the data, and arrive at the pavilion at the designated time.
