Ras Al Khaimah is a famous emirate for its natural splendor, pristine beaches, and rich archaeological history. But in the near future, it will be recognized for much more than that. In the emirate of exploration, a beach festival centered on music and wellness will take place. That’s correct, RAKTopia 2022 is coming soon. Through a shared appreciation of music, wellness, and the arts, this one-of-a-kind event hopes to unite people. Here is all the information you require.
About the Festival
RAKtopia is Ras Al Khaimah’s first music and health festival, and it will take place in October 2022. A festival-style self-care retreat with chill atmosphere, interesting activities, and mesmerizing beats is what attendees can anticipate. The idea is to revitalize, inspire, and stimulate creativity.
It will take place at Longbeach Campground, a well-liked glamping site situated on the sand between Flamingo Beach and Cove Rotana. It’s the best place to be inspired physically, mentally, and spiritually, making it the ideal setting for a festival like RAKTopia.
The festival will feature a variety of activities, such as yoga and pilates courses, jam sessions with well-known DJs, and art workshops. The complete list of activities at the RAKTopia music and health festival is shown below.
Allaoua Gaham, a RAKtopia Ambassador, will teach you about body movement. He is an excellent yogi, an expert in anatomy, and a senior Animal Flow instructor. For a deeper understanding of their bodies, visitors can also participate in the guided meditations offered by yoga instructor Sarah White.
The alternate class is “Pilates with Tamara Khoury.” Tamara is a professional personal trainer who specializes in HIIT and aerobic Pilates. She is also a holistic health consultant.
Participate in jam sessions with dance masters and renowned creative movement and music facilitator Charl Chaka. That’s not all, either. As the day comes to an end and the sun sets behind the Arabian Gulf, world-famous DJs will light up the sky and transport festival visitors on a musical journey.
In addition to LUM, a powerful DJ of Argentinian electronic music who has worked with Bedouin, Blondish, and Black Coffee, these artists also include NU, an electronic music producer famous for his imaginative fusion of dance, tribal, and cheerful sounds. The stage of the beach festival will also include 2Third, one of the fastest-rising musical acts in the area.
A fantastic group of artists will produce works of art that capture Ras Al Khaimah’s unique personality and landscape. There will also be participatory sessions for making ceramics and mandalas.
