How to pay for public parking in Ajman?

The government agency in charge of regulating the public parking system in the Emirate is the Ajman Municipality and Planning Department. The department offers two options for drivers to pay for parking:

Paying for parking in Ajman through SMS

Pay for parking through the MPDA app

Download the MPDA app from the Google Play Store or iOS App Store if you want to park your car for longer than an hour.

  1. Go to the app’s homepage after downloading it, tap on “Parking services,” and then choose “regular parking.”
  2. After that, choose the parking reservation’s period and hit the “Credit Card” option.
  3. You will then be taken to the Ajman Municipality’s payment page, where you must input your credit card information.

You can also use Google Pay, Samsung Pay, or Apple Pay to make payments, eliminating the need to manually enter your credit card information.

  1. You will receive a parking ticket confirmation with the reference number after making the payment.
