Here’s how to use it:
The Dubai Municipality Whatsapp number – 800 900 – needs to be saved as a contact first.
Start a WhatsApp conversation by sending a ‘Hello’ to Dubai Municipality’s Whatsapp number.
As soon as you receive a response from Fares, you can simply type your question directly, or click on ‘0’ or ‘menu’ for a list of services the assistant can provide.
