Where to find this free sim card?
The card can be requested at the immigration counter of Dubai Airport, or by visiting any du kiosk, shop or business center at the airport or anywhere in the UAE.

Visitors who are of the age above 18, can get the tourist Sim Package which comes preloaded with a free Sim card, three Flexi minutes, 20 MB data, and a one-month validity.
The sim buyer can add more minutes or any other offer among these:
Pay Dh25 and get 150 MB data – 10 flexible minutes, three-day validity
- Pay Dh55 and get 500 MB data – 20 flexible minutes, seven-day validity
- Pay Dh110 and get 2 GB data – 40 flexible minutes and 14-day validity
To activate the complimentary Sim, you need to insert the Sim card in your phone, dial *122#, and follow instructions.

The du Tourist SIM is valid for up to 90 days. You can extend it for another 90 days by dialing *135#.

There are no hidden charges in switching the plan however you will have to pay DhDh55 (excluding VAT) which will be for one time only.
