A cutting-edge development plan entails the construction of an 800-meter-long tunnel, featuring four lanes in each direction, alongside a state-of-the-art signaled intersection on the surface. These remarkable enhancements will effectively augment the road’s capacity, accommodating up to 16,000 vehicles per hour. As a result, the project will substantially alleviate traffic congestion and minimize delays.

This ambitious initiative aims to greatly facilitate the movement of both residents and visitors within the highly sought-after areas of Al Barsha South 1, 2, and 3, as well as Dubai Hills.
