What is the ‘Tawasul’ service?

Only those who have an Absher account may access “Tawasul” on the Absher website, absher.sa.

On the Absher platform, users have the option to send a message regarding a technical problem they are having when requesting Al Jawazat-related services.

The service is specifically designed for Saudi citizens and foreign visitors who are having trouble applying for services linked to Jawazat on the Absher platform. This rule does not apply to anyone who applies for Saudi visas through travel agencies.

How can one use the ‘Tawasul’ service?

  1. To begin, go to the following link on the Absher website: https://www.absher.sa/wps/portal/individuals/static/guide/service-contents/
  2. Once the page loads, enter “Tawasul” in the search box and select “Tawasul service.” A button labeled “Start Service” will appear on the right side of the screen.
  3. A prompt to log into your Absher account will then appear. Enter your login information.
  4. After that, write the Jawazat department a note and describe the technical difficulty you are having with your visa.
  5. If you are a resident of Saudi Arabia or a visitor, you must then provide your order number or Iqama ID data. Additionally, you can voluntarily attach proof-related documents to your submission.

It will take the “Tawasul” service no longer than seven days to respond to your request and address the problem.
