Dubai Airports recently announced that starting June 8th, only public transport vehicles and authorized vehicles will be allowed to access the arrivals forecourt at Terminal 1. Visitors will need to use the designated car parks or valet service when receiving guests. This decision was made to reduce traffic congestion and improve overall efficiency.
Thankfully, Dubai Airport Terminal 1 offers two types of parking options – Economy and Premium. Additionally, people of determination receive complimentary parking for up to two hours at all terminals.

Parking tariffs at Dubai Airport Terminal 1
Car Park A – Premium Parking
The premium parking lot is conveniently located just a short two to three-minute walk from the Terminal 1 arrivals entrance. If you’re planning on using this lot, here’s a breakdown of the charges you can expect:
- Five minutes: Dh5
• 15 minutes: Dh15
• 30 minutes: Dh30
• Up to two hours: Dh40
• Three hours: Dh55
• Four hours: Dh65
• One day: Dh125
• Each additional day: Dh100
Car Park B – Economy Parking
The car park located near Terminal 1 arrivals is a mere seven to nine-minute walk away, making it a convenient option for travelers. The pricing structure is as follows:
- one hour for Dh25,
- two hours for Dh30,
- three hours for Dh35,
- four hours for Dh45,
- one day for Dh85, and
- each additional day for Dh75.
To locate the car park, simply follow the signs at the airport for Car Park A and Car Park B. It’s important to note that all charges are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT), as stated on the Dubai Airports website – dubaiairports.ae.
