Furthermore, if you are arriving with your family or a large group of friends, you can effortlessly reserve group tickets and conveniently make online payments. This ensures a hassle-free experience for everyone involved.

How to book a public park entry tickets online

  1. To explore the stunning public parks in Dubai, start by visiting the official Dubai Public Parks website at https://dubaipublicparks.ae/. On the homepage, you will find a comprehensive list of the major public parks in the emirate.
  2. Once you have identified the park that captures your interest, simply click on the enticing ‘Book Ticket’ button located right below it.
  3. On the right side of the screen, you will be prompted to enter the desired ‘visit date’ and select the number of visitors accompanying you. It’s worth noting that children under the age of two can enter for free, adding to the family-friendly atmosphere.
  4. After reviewing the terms and conditions, kindly agree to them and proceed by clicking on the ‘Book Ticket’ button.
  5. To ensure a seamless experience, provide your contact details, including your email address, mobile number, full name, and nationality. Once you have filled in these details, click on the ‘Continue’ button.
  6. For verification purposes, a One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your registered email address. Please enter this OTP in the designated field.
  7. Moving forward, it’s time to select your preferred payment method. You have the option to pay online or at the kiosk. Opt for the convenience of online payment and complete the transaction using your credit or debit card. Once the payment is successfully processed, you will receive a digital ticket on the website, complete with a QR code. To ensure easy access, take a screenshot of the ticket or download it onto your device. Upon arrival at the park, simply scan the Quick Response (QR) code using the e-gate machines to swiftly enter and begin your delightful park adventure.

The website offers the convenience of booking your tickets online and paying for them upon arrival at the park through self-service kiosks. By choosing this option, you will receive a unique reference number for your booking, which can be entered at the self-service kiosks conveniently positioned near the entrance gates of major parks. At these kiosks, you can easily make the payment using your credit or debit card.

It is important to note that nol cards are no longer accepted as a form of payment at Dubai public parks. However, visitors still have the option to pay with cash at the ticket counter or utilize their credit cards or mobile wallets at the self-service kiosks located near the park entrances to purchase tickets.

Every Monday and Wednesday, Al Mamzar Park is open to women and children only.
