The Roads and Transportation Authority (RTA) of Dubai has recently launched a new bus service exclusively for weekend trips to Al Mamzar Beach. This service, known as the W20 route, officially begins today, February 9.

In an announcement made on Thursday, February 8, the RTA stated that the W20 route has been specifically designed to cater to beachgoers heading to Al Mamzar. If you are planning a visit to Al Mamzar Beach this weekend, it is essential to familiarize yourself with the details of this new bus service, including the timings, cost, and information about the beach park. This will enable you to plan your trip effectively and make the most of your visit.

Direct route

The bus service will conveniently transport commuters from the Stadium Metro Station on the Dubai Metro Green Line to the Mamzar Beach Park Terminus. If you are not accustomed to using public transportation, it is essential to obtain a NOL card. These cards can be purchased at the ticket counter in Metro stations.

To cater to your convenience, the bus service offers half-hourly departures from 5 pm to 11 pm.

The cost for this service is Dh3, which aligns with the standard public bus fare in Dubai.

Recently, the use of NOL cards as a payment method at Dubai public parks has been discontinued. However, there are alternative options available to conveniently settle your park fees. You can either pay in cash at the ticket counter or utilize your credit card or mobile wallet at the self-service kiosks conveniently positioned near the park entrances.
