Dubai International City Community Guide

International City Dubai Community Guide

International City is one of the most affordable housing areas in Dubai. It is a mixed-use commercial, residential, retail and tourism development in the Al Warsan region of Dubai. It is located between interchanges 5 and 6 of Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) opposite the Dubai Central Fruit and Vegetable Market.

There are 485 apartment buildings in the nine residential districts and Central Business District. Rents here are relatively low.

The district is scattered in repeating patterns of clusters, each of which is named after a different country and is designed using architecture styles from that country: England, Emirates, Russia, Italy, Spain, France, Persia, Greece, Morocco, and China.

Schools in International City:

Kids World International, Fly High Nursery,  International School of Arts & Sciences, GEMS Modern Academy, Repton School, are some of the schools there in International City.

Residents in International City can access a few of the best universities in Academic City such as the University of Birmingham Dubai, Murdoch University Dubai, and Zayed University.
