The ‘S’hail’ app is a comprehensive navigation tool that simplifies your public transport journey in Dubai. Whether you prefer the Metro, Tram, taxis, buses, or marine transport, this all-in-one app has got you covered. Additionally, the app offers a convenient feature that allows you to report lost items effortlessly. Here’s how you can make use of this feature:

In the following step, provide your mobile number and email address.

Next, select the ‘Taxi Lost and Found’ option from the drop-down menu within the feedback category.

Describe the lost item in detail and include any pertinent information about your taxi trip, such as the route, date, and time. If available, you can also attach a journey receipt. Once you have provided all the necessary details, tap ‘Send Feedback’.

Upon completing the lost and found report, you will receive an SMS on your registered mobile number. This message will allow you to track the status of your report.

Rest assured that you will be promptly notified via SMS once your lost item is located. Additionally, you will receive the mobile number of the taxi driver responsible for retrieving your item. When will one receive the lost item?

Based on the S’hail app, it is estimated that it will require approximately 10 days to address the report. Nevertheless, numerous customers of Dubai taxis have recounted instances where their belongings were promptly returned within a matter of hours or days.
