Arabian Ranches Community Guide

Everything about Arabian Ranches

Arabian Ranches is one of the most established Emaar developments, situated in the tranquillity of the desert on the Emirates Road, close to Dubai Land. It is spread over 1,650 acres. The neighbourhood feels a world away from the rest of Dubai, nestled in lush, green, family-friendly tranquillity.

It is famous for its stunning desert landscape set over 1,650 acres. This development is divided into 12 sub-communities.

The 4,000 properties here are a mix of townhouses and villas.

Amenities:

Arabian Ranches centrepiece is the Arabian Ranches Golf Club, formally known as The Desert Golf Course – an 18-hole, par 72 courses designed by Ian Baker-Finch in association with Nicklaus Design. The community also has its own Polo Club and community centre.

Arabian Ranches has tennis courts, basketball courts, pools, a lake, and its own medical centre and shopping facilities (supermarket, Pizza Hut, book store, Costa, Burger King…). The golf and polo clubs provide more “refined” dining opportunities, although are still fairly low key, and are licensed…

Road access:

The road network connects Arabian Ranches to two major highways running through Dubai, and to Dubai Marina. The Emirates Road provides easy access to Sheikh Zayed Road and onward to Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Sharjah, while The Dubai Bypass Road is a few minutes away and leads directly to RAK and Fujairah.

School services:

Arabian Ranches has schools named JESS, one of the most reputed schools in Dubai and recognised by the world.

And also it has the Arabian Ranches School which was opened in 2015 but already rated a Very Good school by the KHDA, the emirate’s regulator.

Healthcare services:

Arabian Ranches benefits from its own MediClinic, providing a variety of services including general health, vaccinations, dental treatments and more.
