Dubai’s primary public parking operator, Parkin PJSC, has rolled out new paid parking facilities in the Wasl Green Park community, marking another step in its citywide expansion plan.
According to Parkin, paid parking is now active under Zone Code 614W, with clearly marked signages identifying approved parking bays throughout the area.
Parking fees are as follows:
Dh4 for 1 hour
Dh8 for 2 hours
Dh12 for 3 hours
Dh16 for 4 hours
Subscription plans available:
3 months: Dh900
6 months: Dh1,800
12 months: Dh3,600
The paid parking zone operates round the clock, 24/7
The introduction of paid parking in Wasl Green Park aligns with Parkin’s broader initiative to enhance and standardize public parking management across Dubai, spanning residential, commercial, and mixed-use districts.
Expansion of paid parking across Dubai
In the same period, Parkin assumed control of 2,100 parking spaces across 59 mosques in Dubai. These locations allow one hour of free parking during prayer times, after which standard parking charges apply.
The expansion continued in November with the launch of new paid parking zones in Dubai Sports City (Zone S) and Dubai International Academic City (Zone F).
More recently, Parkin announced a comprehensive upgrade to Dubai’s public parking subscription system, introducing 15 revised and new subscription categories designed to offer greater flexibility and convenience for both residents and visitors.
Earlier, in August, paid parking was also introduced in Al Jaddaf, with Zone 326C designated for on-street parking and Zone 326D for off-street parking, featuring different tariffs during peak and non-peak hours.
