DUBAI – In his capacity as Ruler of Dubai, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al Maktoum, provided Decree No. (11) of 2021 dissolving the Special Tribunal for the Settlement of Cheque Disputes in context to Real Estate Transactions created pursuant to Decree No. (56) of 2009.
Compliant with the Decree, all objections, cases, claims, and requests being inspected by the Special Tribunal that has not gotten the last judgment, will be alluded to the concerned legal substance.
The Decree is dynamic from its date of issuance and will be distributed in the Official Gazette.
