YK Real Estate Investments & Developments Company has launched ‘Garnet’, a 64-apartment building which is located on Reef Island.
This building features studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments, all fully furnished.
Amenities include a cinema room, gym, kids play area, study room, relaxation lounge, and many outdoor areas.

The building, which was constructed by Almoayyed Contracting Group, is now open for rental by the property management firm, CBRE, as well as sales directly from the development company.
