The volume of real estate transactions in Qatar last week exceeded $110 million

Between January 21 and January 25, 2024, the Department of Real Estate Registration at the Ministry of Justice processed 378,728,678 real estate trading in sales contracts.

For the same period, the Real Estate Bulletin’s total sales contracts for residential units were QR 21,364,455.

The list of real estate properties traded for sale includes houses, apartments, commercial buildings, and vacant land, according to the Department’s weekly bulletin.

The municipalities of Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Daayen, Umm Salal, Al Wakrah, and Al Shamal, as well as the zones of Pearl Island, Lusail 69, Legtaifiya, and Al Kharayej, saw the majority of sales.

Between January 14, 2024, and January 18, 2024, the Department of Real Estate Registration at the Ministry of Justice processed more than QR 344 million worth of real estate sales contracts.

Between January 14 and January 18, 2024, the Department of Real Estate Registration at the Ministry of Justice recorded a volume of real estate trading in sales contracts of QR320,638,654. For the same period, the Real Estate Bulletin’s total sales contracts for residential units came to QR24,268,407.

The Department’s weekly bulletin reveals that a variety of real estate properties, including shops, residential buildings, vacant lots, and houses, have been traded for sale.

The municipalities of Al Wakrah, Al Rayyan, Doha, Al Daayen, Umm Salal, Al Khor and Al Dakhira, Al Shamal, and the Pearl Island, Al Kharayej Zones saw the majority of sales.
