The volume of real estate transactions in Qatar exceeded $64.28 million last week

Between August 4 and August 8, the Ministry of Justice’s Department of Real Estate Registration recorded a volume of real estate trading in sales contracts of QR217,052,596, while the Real Estate Bulletin’s total sales contracts for residential units during that same period totaled QR17,662,685.

According to the Department’s weekly bulletin, the list of real estate properties traded for sale included vacant lands, homes, residential buildings, a residential-commercial building, shops, and residential units.

The areas of The Pearl Island and Lusail 69, as well as the municipalities of Al Rayyan, Doha, Umm Salal, Al Daayen, Al Shamal, Al Wakrah, Al Khor, and Al Dakhira, saw the most sales.

Between July 28 and August 1, more than QR 131 million worth of real estate trading in sales contracts was recorded in the Ministry of Justice’s Real Estate Registration Department.
