Qatari Diar and ST Engineering have signed a strategic agreement to create and run a smart city platform in Lusail City based on artificial intelligence and data analysis technologies.
The company made this announcement while taking part in Cityscape Qatar 2024, which is presently taking place at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center.
In addition to supporting sustainability goals and raising the standard of living for locals, the smart platform, which is expected to be deployed between the fourth quarter of 2024 and 2027, will improve network connectivity and city management with high efficiency.
Particularly in its well-known projects in Lusail City, the company’s most ambitious project, Qatari Diar has unveiled exclusive investment opportunities.
The most recent real estate developments in Lusail will be explained to visitors, with the goal of strengthening the city’s standing as a commercial and investment destination that blends business, entertainment, and housing.
The Seef project is a notable addition to Lusail City, redefining the concept of luxury and upscale living in the center of the city, which is renowned for its modern infrastructure and sustainable design. Qatari Diar also highlighted the available investment opportunities, such as the opulent townhouses overlooking the waterfront in the project.
