Arab Developers Holding plans to reach EGP 7 billion in contracted sales by 2024.
According to a bourse disclosure, the company intends to deliver 2,000 housing units in all of its development projects this year.
The EGX-listed company switched to consolidated net profits in 2023 of EGP 100 million from net losses of EGP 18 million in the previous year.
Regarding the stand-alone business, net profit decreased year over year (YoY) from EGP 92.87 million to EGP 87.32 million in the January–December 2023 period.
