Tamear has been awarded a mixed-use project in Riyadh

Tamear, the Saudi Real Estate Construction Company, has declared that it has obtained a SAR160 million ($42.6 million) contract for the execution of external and architectural works for Tilal Al Riyadh, a significant mixed-use project that is set to take place in a prominent neighborhood to the north of the capital Riyadh.

The Tilal Al Riyadh, which is situated in the Al Malqa District, has an interesting facade design that enhances transparency and connectivity with the surrounding area, giving it a modern aesthetic. Its total area is 54,769 square meters.

According to Tamear, a significant subsidiary of Al Akaria-based Saudi Real Estate Company, the project scope encompasses the execution of civil, structural, architectural, electromechanical, and exterior works.

Within two years, the contract’s whole amount of work will be finished.

Tilal Al Riyadh is a major mixed-use project for the capital, with two basement levels for parking and technical areas, offices and a wellness center on the upper floors, and retail and food and beverage establishments on the ground floor.

Al Akaria claims that communal space designs have thoughtfully included landscaped areas.

It further stated that numerous pedestrian access points have been planned at every corner to link the project with neighboring residential buildings and the mosque.

It further stated that the project’s financial effects will probably become apparent in the second quarter of 2024.
