Details of Diriyah Company’s first commercial office and retail project, Zallal, have been revealed. The project is expected to open in the Bujairi District during the first half of 2025.
When the project is finished, it will have 12 mixed-use retail and food and beverage establishments spread over 8,000 square meters, in addition to two low-rise office buildings with a combined leasable area of about 6,000 square meters.
Adjacent to the well-known Bujairi Terrace is Zallal. Located close to the newly completed Diriyah Art Futures and the upcoming Bab Samhan Hotel, the property offers a vibrant atmosphere for guests and tenants alike.

A 1,400-space underground parking garage under Zallal will be available to visitors and employees. It offers easy access to Wadi Hanifah, Al Imam Abdulaziz bin Muhammad ibn Saud Road, and public transportation. Tourists and visitors will have a smooth arrival experience in a pedestrian-friendly setting with coach drop-off locations.
