In a press release, ROSHN Group announced the addition of 4,860 new residential units to its well-liked “SEDRA” project.
The new area, which will be developed in phases and have a total area of over 1.9 million square meters, will initially offer 1,254 units for sale.

As per the release, SEDRA 4 boasts 4,860 new homes in its most recent phase, with public spaces occupying 30% of the phase’s footprint. Along with features like green areas, mosques, and local shopping malls, the most recent addition boasts the “Kingdom’s largest Sports Dome”.
SEDRA 4 is a part of the thriving North Riyadh area, close to universities, the airport, and a train station. It is situated north of SEDRA 3 and is reachable via Airport Road. Residents can access ROSHN Front shopping, healthcare, education, and entertainment options from SEDRA 4 as well.
