Riyadh residential project's key phase is launched by Roshn

The second round of sales at Roshn’s renowned project in Riyadh has begun. Roshn is a leading national developer of real estate, offering innovative, integrated styles of living to the kingdom.

Following the successful launch of Sedra Phase One, where brisk sales illustrated the market’s appetite for Roshn’s vision of integrated neighborhoods packed with amenities that promote a well-balanced, fulfilling lifestyle, Sedra Phase Two has already begun taking orders.

Residents of Sedra will profit from a combination of features that is exclusive to Roshn developments, the company said. These features include a design that combines conventional forms with cutting-edge technology, a network of green and open spaces, a “living environment” with pedestrian-friendly streets, and long-term maintenance and management frameworks.

Speaking before the official launch, Group CEO David Grover said: “I am delighted to report that construction is on track, and the success of our Sedra development continues with the opening of sales for Phase 2 – offering customers a new way of living in the Kingdom. Residents of Sedra will enjoy access to the full range of amenities that have become a trademark of Roshn developments.”

He said that Sedra’s second phase furthers Roshn’s commitment to sustainability by bringing nature right into the center of the neighborhood with pedestrian paths and slow-moving lanes on both sides.

Existing green spaces, which are connected to a network of paths and green spaces, further enhance the natural environment.

The homes in Sedra’s upcoming phase are also very energy-efficient, with an average 18% decrease in energy expenditures and a 17% reduction in water costs when compared to similar unit types.

Roshn is broadening its vision across the kingdom after successfully launching its first development, Sedra, according to the chief official.

The recently announced Alarous is bringing 18,000 new units to northern Jeddah, while other fully- integrated communities are being developed in nine cities across four regions: Riyadh, Makkah, The Eastern Province, and Asir, he added.
