Real estate transactions in Qatar reach $296 million

According to the real estate bulletin for the same period, the total value of sale contracts for residential units was QR132,983,443, while the total value of real estate transactions recorded in sale contracts with the Ministry of Justice’s Real Estate Registration Department during the period of May 25 to May 29 was QR948,988,281.

Unoccupied land plots, homes, residential buildings, commercial stores, a residential compound, a residential tower, a gas station, and residential apartments were among the properties exchanged, according to the department’s weekly bulletin.

The municipalities of Al Rayyan, Doha, Al Daayen, Al Wakrah, Umm Salal, Al Khor, and Al Thakhira, as well as the neighborhoods of The Pearl Island, Lusail 69, Leqtaifiya, Umm Al Amad, and Ghar Thaileb, were the main locations for the sales transactions.

Comparatively, more than QR1 billion was spent on real estate transactions between May 18 and May 22.
