Between July 28 and August 1, the Ministry of Justice’s Department of Real Estate Registration recorded a volume of real estate trading in sales contracts of QR111,956,851, while the Real Estate Bulletin’s total sales contracts for residential units during that same period totaled QR19,102,371.
According to the Department’s weekly bulletin, the list of real estate properties traded for sale included vacant lands, homes, residential buildings, a residential commercial building, shops, and residential units.
The areas of The Pearl Island, Lusail 69, Al Kharaej, and Al Dafna 60 as well as the municipalities of Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Daayen, Al Wakrah, Umm Salal, Al Shamal, Al Khor, and Al Dakhira were the main hubs for sales.
Between July 21 and July 25, more than QR247 million worth of real estate trading in sales contracts was recorded in the Ministry of Justice’s Real Estate Registration Department.
