The total number of sales contracts for the real estate bulletin for residential units during the period of December 1–5 was QR64,763,879. The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts registered with the Ministry of Justice’s Real Estate Registration Department was QR174,826,707.
The Department’s weekly bulletin said that unoccupied lands, residential residences, apartment complexes, a commercial building, and residential units were among the properties traded for sale.
In addition to the Pearl, Lusail 69, and Dafna 60, the sales operations were centered in the municipality of Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Dhaayen, Al Wakrah, Umm Salal, Al Khor and Al Dhakira, and Al Shamal.
Over QR343 million was traded in real estate contracts recorded with the Ministry of Justice’s Real Estate Registration Department between November 24 and 28.
