Al Badi Investment Holding and the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning (MHUP) have established an integrated service center to handle reservations for residential units in the Halban-area Hai Al Uban neighborhood project.
This project supports the National Initiative for Integrated Residential Neighbourhoods, which is mirrored in Oman Vision 2040 and the Royal commitment to provide decent housing and improve family stability through a range of housing options and programs.
The center aims to assist and enlighten investors, beneficiaries, and those who qualify for government residential land grants.
A group of experts in customer service, marketing, sales, and procedural facilitation will oversee it to provide beneficiaries with a full range of services.
Beneficiaries will have a better experience thanks to project models, educational pamphlets, a special website, and captivating films that are shown on a big screen.
Additionally, through live broadcasts and field trips that the sales center will arrange, beneficiaries will have the chance to observe project stages and work progress.
Several partnership agreements for the Hai Al Uban project were signed during the sales center’s launch. Among these was a memorandum of understanding to create a 10,000-square-meter integrated bilingual school complex serving preschoolers through post-primary students.
The initiative seeks to strengthen small and medium-sized businesses, promote regional goods, and actively involve them in the development of the Hai Al Uban neighborhood.
Memoranda of understanding were also signed for a variety of works in the project’s first phase, such as building sidewalks and building protections, internal road construction, and electricity connection.
To guarantee the supply of the technical labor required for the Hai Al Uban project’s first phase, another memo was created.
