According to the Department’s weekly bulletin, the list of real estate assets traded for sale comprised vacant lots, residences, residential structures, and retail establishments.
Al Rayyan, Doha, Umm Slal, Al Wakrah, Al Khor, Al Dakhira, Al Daayen, Al Shamal, and Al Shahaniya were the main sales hubs.
Between August 6 and August 10, 2023, there were QR118,381,852 worth of real estate sales contracts recorded at the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice.
