Between September 15 and 19, the Ministry of Justice’s Real Estate Registration Department recorded a volume of real estate trading in sales contracts of QR533,513,268; in the same period, the total sales contracts for the residential real estate bulletin reached QR33,973,060.
The list of properties traded for sale included retail stores, vacant lots, residential homes, apartment buildings, and commercial buildings, according to the Department’s weekly bulletin.
Along with places like The Pearl, Al Dafna, and Al Kharaij, the sales operations were centered in the municipalities of Doha, Al Rayyan, Umm Salal, Al Dhaayen, Al Wakrah, Al Khor, Al Dhakira, and Al Shamal.
Over QR278 million worth of real estate trading in sales contracts was recorded with the Ministry of Justice’s Real Estate Registration Department between September 8 and September 12.
Over QR259 million worth of real estate trading in sales contracts was recorded with the Ministry of Justice’s Real Estate Registration Department between September 1 and 5.
