In the last week, Qatar's real estate trading volume exceeded $101.37 million

Between December 10, 2023, and December 14, 2023, the Department of Real Estate Registration at the Ministry of Justice recorded a volume of real estate trading in sales contracts of QR322,304,814.

For the same period, the Real Estate Bulletin’s total sales contracts for residential units came to QR 47,535,723.

The list of real estate properties traded for sale includes vacant lands, homes, administrative and commercial buildings, residential buildings, shops, and residential units, according to the Department’s weekly bulletin.

The municipalities of Doha, AL Rayyan, Umm Salal, Al Daayen, Al Wakrah, Al Shamal, Al Khor, and Al Dakhira, as well as Pearl Island and Lusail, saw the majority of sales.

Between December 3 and 7, the Department of Real Estate Registration at the Ministry of Justice processed more than QR465 million worth of real estate trading in sales contracts.
