In the Al Qadissiyah neighborhood of north Riyadh, Hassana Investment Company (Hassana) and Dar wa Emaar Real Estate Investment and Development Company (DWE) have decided to work together on a 1.2 million square meter real estate project.
Master planning, infrastructure development, public amenities, and possibly the creation of significant real estate assets will be the main areas of focus for this partnership.
Up to 4,000 contemporary residential units and a 100,000 square meter retail built-up area are the project’s objectives.
With a master plan focused on residential areas, it will provide first-rate living quarters in addition to retail, entertainment, and educational spaces that are suited to the needs of modern Saudi families.
Furthermore, the partnership offers appealing prospects for sub-developers in the private sector.
