The total number of sales contracts for the real estate bulletin for residential units during the same period was QR52,991,862, while the volume of real estate trading in sales contracts registered with the Ministry of Justice’s Real Estate Registration Department during August 17–21 was QR255,269,425.
Undeveloped land, houses, a residential building, a residential compound, commercial buildings, and residential units were among the properties listed for sale, according to the department’s weekly bulletin.
The towns of Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Wakrah, Al Daayen, Umm Salal, Al Khor, and Al Dhakira, as well as places like The Pearl Island, Lusail 69, and Ghara T’heilb, were the main locations for sales activities.
Between August 10 and 14, the Ministry of Justice’s Real Estate Registration Department recorded about QR326 million worth of real estate transactions under sales contracts.
