Between September 1 and 5, the Ministry of Justice’s Real Estate Registration Department recorded a volume of real estate trading in sales contracts of QAR 234,288,033, while the total sales contracts for the residential real estate bulletin during that same period totaled QAR 24,713,707.
The administration’s weekly bulletin announced that vacant lands, houses, residential buildings, and residential units were among the properties traded for sale.
The municipalities of Al Dhaayen, Doha, Al Rayyan, Umm Salal, Al Khor, Al Dhakira, Al Wakra, and Al Shamal, as well as the regions of Pearl Island and Lusail 69, were the focal points of the sales operations.
Between August 25 and August 29, the Real Estate Registration Department of the Ministry of Justice received over QAR 269 million in real estate trading in sales contracts.
