Between October 22 and October 26, 2023, the Department of Real Estate Registration at the Ministry of Justice recorded a volume of real estate trading in sales contracts of QR233,495,560.
For the same period, the Real Estate Bulletin’s total sales contracts for residential units came to QR97,830,923.
The list of real estate properties traded for sale includes vacant lands, homes, apartment complexes, a residential complex, and residential units, according to the Department’s weekly report.
The municipalities of Al Rayyan, Al Daayen, Umm Salal, Doha, Al Khor, Al Dakhira, Al Wakrah, Al Shamal, and the Pearl were the main hubs for sales.
