In Kuwait, Mabanee signs $84 million deal to develop a mixed-use project

The Sabah Al Ahmad Project (S3), an important mixed-use development planned for a 40,121 square meter area in the capital city, will be a vital mixed-use development, according to Kuwaiti real estate developer Mabanee Company.

According to the public-private partnership (PPA) deal, Mabanee will handle the project’s funding, planning, and construction for KD26 million ($84.6 million).

S3 is a commercial mixed-use complex that includes elements for entertainment, retail, and hospitality.

The entire project, which includes a hotel and a mall with a motif of an old Kuwait Souq, is expected to be finished in three years, according to Mabanee. It also stated that the operations will last 32 years.
