Between June 30 and July 4, the Department of Real Estate Registration at the Ministry of Justice recorded a volume of real estate trading in sales contracts of QR419,378,464, while the Real Estate Bulletin’s total sales contracts for residential units during that same period totaled QR31,341,765.
According to the department’s weekly bulletin, the list of real estate properties traded for sale included vacant lands, homes, residential buildings, a residential-commercial building, shops, and residential units.
The areas of The Pearl Island, Lusail 69, and Legtaifiya, as well as the municipalities of Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Daayen, Umm Salal, Al Wakrah, Al Khor and Al Dakhira, and Al Shamal, saw the most sales.
Between June 23 and June 27, more than QR484 million worth of real estate trading in sales contracts was recorded in the Ministry of Justice’s Real Estate Registration Department.
