The Al Naseem community centre is being built, according to Diyar Al Muharraq, one of Bahrain’s top real estate development firms.
Al Naseem, a multipurpose area, would offer the locals amenities for sports and entertainment as well as commercial and service services to cater to the project’s occupants.
The community centre project has been awarded to Hisham Abdelrahman Jaafar (HAJ) Construction, and Mohamed Salahuddin Consulting Engineering Bureau has been hired as the project’s principal consultant.
Ahmed Omer Trading & Contracting has been hired by the Bahraini developer as its main contractor, while Horizon Interiors will be in charge of the interior design work for the centre.
According to Diyar Al Muharraq, the community centre’s design is in line with current architectural trends.
The centre will have a café that views out over the major canal, kid-friendly indoor and outdoor play areas, a multifunctional space, gender-specific gyms, and an open padel court on the rooftop when it is finished in the first quarter of 2024.
The management staff of the Al Naseem project would also have office space at the centre, along with four retail stores, it was noted.
Announcing the construction work, CEO Ahmed Ali Al Ammadi said this multipurpose venue will provide residents with a fully integrated experience.
