The opulent residential complex Tivoli Residences, located within the esteemed Bilaj Al Jazayer project, was unveiled by Edamah, the real estate division of Bahrain’s sovereign wealth fund Mumtalakat. The launch happened at Bahrain 2024’s Cityscape.
Chris Calvert, the CEO of Edamah, emphasized the project’s excellent location and top-notch facilities, which provide a posh and contemporary living environment.
“Tivoli Residences is strategically located within the prestigious Bilaj Al Jazayer development, offering residents stunning waterfront views and easy access to a wide range of amenities. The development boasts a variety of luxurious facilities, including 24-hour security, concierge services, state-of-the-art fitness centres, and exquisite dining and retail options,” said Mr Calvert.
62 Tivoli Apartments are part of the first phase, which is presently being sold for sale. The entire project, which includes a beach club, residential towers, and hotels, is expected to be finished in the second quarter of 2026.
Along the beach, the mixed-use master-plan community of Bilaj Al Jazayer will include villas, apartments, shops, and commercial establishments. The Bahrain Surf Park, the first of its sort in the Mena region, will also be a part of the project.
“The apartments range from 100sqm one-bedroom units to 240sqm penthouses, offering a variety of options to suit different needs. Residents can enjoy stunning sunsets, sustainable design features, and fully furnished apartments,” added Mr Calvert.
“The residences themselves are designed with a focus on modern aesthetics and functionality, offering spacious and well-appointed living spaces. As part of the renowned Tivoli Hotels & Resorts brand, residents can expect exceptional service and a truly luxurious lifestyle.”
He claims that the development’s exceptional position and breathtaking sunsets will attract residents.
“The sustainable design, with plenty of greenery and natural ventilation, minimises the need for air conditioning, creating a comfortable and eco-friendly living environment.”
Apartments start at BD84,240 for a 63 square meter one-bedroom flat.
Edamah asks potential purchasers to pay a BD1,000, fully refundable deposit to reserve their homes.
