In preparation for the impending tendering process and the project’s listing on the Government Land Investment Platform, the ministry stated that the Madinat Khalifa project has undergone a comprehensive technical and financial evaluation.
This project is part of a larger set of projects that are being planned in different Bahraini governorates, and the contracting and tendering stages are still ongoing. According to the ministry, real estate development firms have expressed a great deal of interest in taking part in the Government Land Development Rights Program.
