A SAR 48 million agreement was signed by Retal Urban Development Company and its subsidiary Building Construction Company to build four residential buildings in Khobar’s Alsadafah district.
According to a bourse filing, the agreement has a 20-month duration starting on January 28, 2024, when it was signed.
Retal emphasized that the project’s outcomes after the execution phase in the years 2024 and 2025 will be favorable.
A SAR 374.76 million contract was signed by the listed company and Roshn Real Estate Company, a Public Investment Fund (PIF) subsidiary, in November 2023.
