Mohammed bin Salih Al-Batti, the CEO of National Housing Company (NHC), is the first Saudi to be ranked #1 in real estate development and the best CEO for 2023 in the Middle East, according to a Forbes magazine ranking.
Due to his quick success in solidifying the NHC’s standing as one of the top real estate development firms in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and North Africa, Al-Batti was ranked 29th out of 100 executives worldwide. NHC is the first business to concentrate on the digital transformation of the real estate industry, and it has led the change in the field using this methodology.
NHC has developed integrated urban communities under Al-Batti’s direction, giving residents quality of life, access to plenty of green space, conveniences, and an appropriate level of luxury top priority. The principal objective behind establishing and developing large-scale projects across the Kingdom was to enable those needing housing to fulfill their demands in a dynamic, integrated setting.
