A week of real estate trading in Qatar exceeds $188mln

Between September 21 and September 25, 2025, the Department of Real Estate Registration at the Ministry of Justice handled a total of QR605,750,399 in real estate transactions in sales contracts.

The Real Estate Bulletin’s total residential unit sales contracts for the same time period amount QAR 80,885,061, which raises the trading value to QAR 686.635 billion.

The Department’s weekly bulletin reveals that vacant land, homes, residential buildings, and residential units have all been listed among the real estate properties traded for sale.

The municipalities of Doha, Al Rayyan, Umm Slal, Al Daayen, Al Wakra, Al Khor and Al Thakhira, and Al Shamal, as well as the neighborhoods of Lusail 69, Al Kharayej, and Ghar Thuaileb, saw the highest concentration of sales.
