On Monday, Tibiaan Real Estate Company formally exhibited Al Nuha, a historic project in Sultan Haitham City that has an investment worth of RO13.4 million.
H H Dr Sayyid Kamil Fahad al Said, Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers, sponsored the launch ceremony, which was attended by investors, members of the business sector, and officials from the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning.

Al Nuha comprises 35 business showrooms and 113 residential units spread across more than 58,000 square meters. It offers creative living options catered to the need of individuals and families by fusing traditional Omani architecture with contemporary design components.
