Cairo – Watan Developments aims in putting about EGP 5 billion in commercial projects in the New Administrative Captial by 2025.
The company reported the launch of a new project in the new capital’s Downtown area with calculated investments of EGP 1 billion, Chairman Sherif EI-Hawary said in a press conference this Monday.
Which is predicted to deliver in 2024, the 11-storey project will contain 300 commercials, administrative, and medical units planted over an area of 2,319 square meters, he further said.
The company plans to put EGP 500 million in the construction works for the project in 2021.
