Nakheel frees Dh2b worth from deals at Nad Al Sheba community

Dubai: Nakheel’s Nad Al Sheba gains demand for its villas into the new year, with the transaction now having gone beyond Dh2 billion mark. A new stage has been provided after the registered monthly transaction in January.

Costs begin at Dh2.63 million.

A big part of the homes is currently taken, with in excess of 800 sold over the most recent a year. Nad Al Sheba Villas contains more than 1,570 complete homes and retail and leisure pavilion with a supermarket, cafes, swimming pool, and sports courts, which are to open this summer. It is situated off Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road.
